Refund And Return Eligibility
We only provide refunds under these conditions:
- Contacted Within 72 Hours: You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your purchase.
- Wrong Product Delivered: If you received a product that is different from what you ordered.
- Wrong Size/Color: If the delivered product is the wrong size or color compared to what you ordered.
- Physically Damaged Product: If the product is physically damaged, we need an unboxing video starting from the beginning of opening the package.
Non-Refundable Case
Please note that the following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Items purchased during a “SALE-Offer.”
- Items purchased via coupon codes.
- Items with obvious signs of use.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
Proof of Purchase
